Privacy notice

This notice describes the APEX Adaptive Systems website, optional nursing career emails, digital-product purchases, website-build service purchases and support inquiries. Stripe processes on-site product payments and one-time website-build payments. APEX uses service-order contact details to respond to the buyer and coordinate the project. The RN Professional Portfolio and Digital Product Release QA Desk use on-site Stripe Checkout and private download pages after verified payment; earlier third-party purchases are processed by the provider used at purchase. Email inquiries use the email services involved.

Visiting this website

This website has no advertising pixels or customer accounts of its own. Optional nursing email signups open a separate Zoho Campaigns form. Its page code does not use browser storage for customer profiles. The hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the site. A private preview may also require sign-in through its hosting provider.

Contacting APEX Adaptive Systems

If you email us, the message and information you choose to include are shared with APEX Adaptive Systems and the email services involved. We use inquiry information to understand and respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, patient information or confidential workplace records in an initial inquiry.

Optional nursing career emails

If you choose the free RN interview checklist signup, Zoho Campaigns receives your email address and optional name, together with technical signup and confirmation information such as request times, signup source and IP address. APEX uses this service to record your subscription choices and send confirmation messages, nursing career tips and occasional APEX nursing product offers. The printable checklist opens after form submission. Confirm your address before receiving marketing updates.

You can unsubscribe or manage your preferences using the links in marketing emails. You can also request removal from nursing career emails by emailing hello@apexadaptivesystems.com from the subscribed address. We retain the information needed to honor an unsubscribe request and prevent further marketing to that address. Zoho Campaigns may process email delivery, open and link-click information according to the service settings. Email signups are optional: reading the free guides, using the Life Organizer, buying a product or contacting support does not automatically add you to the marketing list. Purchases and external links

On-site purchase buttons open Stripe Checkout. Inquiry links open an email draft to APEX. Checkout contact information supports order verification and purchase support. Earlier third-party purchases remain subject to the privacy practices of the provider used at purchase. APEX Adaptive Systems does not receive full payment-card details. For Stripe products, our server verifies payment status, product and price, and refunds or disputes before allowing a download. For Stripe purchases it processes order information and stores a minimal private fulfillment record containing the product, order time, payment verification result and a hashed order reference. For Stripe purchases, your private download-page link permits access to an eligible order; keep it private. For earlier third-party purchases, follow the order receipt from the provider used at purchase. We use purchase and support information to deliver products, assist customers and maintain business records. Email and telephone links open the relevant application on your device; they do not send a message or place a call automatically.

Website-build purchases

Stripe Checkout collects the buyer’s name and email for the one-time APEX website-build payment. APEX uses the order and contact details to confirm the purchase, ask for project information, answer questions and coordinate the website work. APEX does not ask customers to email passwords, payment-card details or account recovery codes. The customer’s direct payments to hosting, domain, email or other providers are handled by those providers under their own privacy practices.

Children’s practice materials

AI Smart Kids works on paper with an adult and requires no child AI account. APEX Adaptive Systems does not ask children to submit completed worksheets. Keep those pages private, use fictional details and contact product support as an adult without including child-identifying information. External marketplaces and social platforms have their own account, age and privacy rules.

For product-order questions, you can also contact hello@apexadaptivesystems.com. For information held independently by Stripe or another provider, use that provider's privacy and support channels.
